I contacted Wycliffe Suzuki last Sunday about a car I had seen on Autotrader and spoke to Ash who although not in the branch, and on a day off, couldn't have been more helpful. He provided me with lots of useful information and took my details and called me back and corresponded over this week with me answering several questions. I drove from Surrey to Rugby this morning and part exchanged my old car and purchased a new used car from Wycliffe. They were a pleasure to deal with and were completely honest and transparent in their dealings with me, even speaking to the Webuyanycar.com branch situated next door to the dealership and advising I could be paid £100 more for selling my car to WBAC as opposed to them. Brilliant service and highly recommend.

Went in to ask questions about various models Ash was incredibly helpful informative and patient. When I came to collect my new car he made sure I was comfortable and that it was all set up ready for me he was great! Couldn’t recommend Ash more thank you!

After recently having a horrible experience with another garage when I decided to change my car, I was quite anxious about the whole process, especially as we don’t change our cars on a regular basis.
