Ash Khalil – Sales Executive & Motability Specialist

Ash has been with us since April 2016, and joined us with a vast amount of experience in the Retail Motor Industry. Ash is accredited by the IMI for Sales and by Motability. A well known character in the local area, Ash gains a lot of his sales from repeat happy customers, and from people coming to see us who have been referred to him by his customers.

Interesting fact: Ash enjoys flying light aircraft in his spare time.

Sophie Haley - Service Advisor

Sophie joined us in October 2018 and is the youngest member of our team. She came to us with previous experience from a nearby Car Supermarket, but wanted to work and progress somewhere where customers weren’t just churned through a process, and she could gain more job satisfaction by helping customers more effectively and seeing their experience through from start to finish. Sophie is very much a ‘people person’ and loves helping people find the right car.

John Wright – Sales Executive

John joined us as Sales Manager when our branch opened in 2011, and is now a part-time Sales Executive. John has been selling cars since 1971, and the first car he sold was a mk1 Escort! Having worked in Rugby for most of this time, John has a loyal following of customers who have dealt with him for many years, some of which have bought over 10 cars from him! John is accredited by the IMI for Sales.

Interesting fact:  John used to be a Semi-Professional Footballer

Neil Wormleighton – Sales Manager

I am our newest team member joining in June 2019. I have around 17 years Motor Trade experience, and before that i have done lots of things including running my own Printing Business. With my understanding of Business, and consultative approach, and strong product knowledge, i'm the ideal person to be supplying your Business with its next car.

Interesting fact: I've done a parachute jump and run 7 marathons to raise money for charitable causes
